Organic Foods are those that are produced, processed, stored and packed without using synthetic chemicals in any form like fertilizers, pesticides, preservatives, flavoring agents, etc. instead of this cow dung, green manure, vermin compost and bio pesticides are used.
In other words we can say that organic food is an honest approach in agriculture practice to improve quality of living life through the food we consume.

It is rich in minerals, vitamins, proteins, and fibers and easily digestible.
It has been proved by studies that organic food contains 10-50%higher amount of phyto nutrients as compare to conventional food.
Number of studies suggested that organic food consumption improves strength to fight diseases because it contains many anti oxidants.
Regular consumption of organic food keeps us away from many allergies and indigestion. Organic milk contains in an average 68% higher Omega3 fatty acids. Organic food is produced without any toxic chemical, so it helps in avoiding development of symptoms of some diseases like Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and some mental diseases.
